[Mod Request] Restoring Cut Content

Could someone please make a mod that just restores content cut out of the final games by Bioware/EA such as dialogue and extended cut scenes?
Project Variety https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/1481 restores a lot of cut content from LE3, but also adds a whole lot of stuff I would prefer not to have to deal with
