Mur4s4me Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 I'm planning to use UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul, but something I encounter often with followers is that they can easily get stuck somewhere and not teleport back to you. On some occasions, especially if you're jumping through high rocks or you're maneuvering in Blackreach, your follower can be permanently stuck, and no fast travel or 24h wait will save them. This is only with a single follower, so I cringe at the idea of multiple ones because of that. Therefore, I'd like to know if there's a reliable way to teleport them to you. I want to download custom followers too, which means using character ID may not be an option for me if I use them. There's a mod in Steam Community that makes them teleport more often to you if they get stuck. I read that it may not be compatible with certain custom followers and vanilla ones, but that's pretty much the best I can get for now I think. Telyn Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 Hope it works for you! I haven't tried it myself. I have a follower but I am overprotective of him. He doesn't seem to have a lot of fighting skills. He's one of those storytelling type NPCs added by a mod. We went hunting together once and he got lost right when a dragon turned up. I looked and looked for him, and was miserable thinking I got him killed. Then I fast travelled and he was standing outside my home. I said erm...I need you do something for me. Stay right here by the dinner table until I get back, ok? I only let him out for shopping trips now. He doesn't seem to mind. He'd rather talk about his tragic past anyway.
