Mesh not using hair texture in GECK

Well, I'm restarting my thread, since TESEyecandy mysteriously changed into TESAdventures... :P

 

Anyway, I've been porting a hairstyle from another game into Fallout 3, and I've finally got it into the GECK, conformulated and everything, but it doesn't seem to be using the hair textures I've assigned. Screens would show this better:

 

This is how the mesh looks in the GECK. As you can see, it's just a flat, matte dark brown... thing.

This is how the mesh looks in NifSkope, and how it should look in the GECK. As you can see, the hair texture is clearly present.

I've already checked the texture paths in NifSkope, and they're all fine, so I'm not sure now. (Please bear with me, I learned to use NifSkope properly barely 3 days ago.

You know I've heard lots of people having problems with textures. I've only tried to make one thing and it worked, but I'm not really sure how to help you. Sorry. Maybe there is something about the texture that makes it unusable in Fallout 3, or something else. Sorry I can't help I would like to but I'm not sure what's going on this stuff happens often in th GECK I think. Well anway good luck getting it to work.
