damurphy72
How hard would it be to do something like the cross-repair mods, but drive the repair lists from an XML or INI file? I ask because I'm not really satisfied with a lot of the repair options in the mod forums. Repairing guns with tin cans is silly, and I can't really see how a .32 revolver is going to provide anything to fix a .44 magnum and vice-versa (for the same reason that while you can fire a .38 cartridge in a .357 magnum revolver, you do NOT want to try the opposite). I can see scrap metal being used to fix firearms (with a workbench, pref, but I'll take what I can get). I can also fudge energy weapons being cross-reparable - partially because they don't really exist so you can pretend they work any way you like. I'm guessing that this is either relatively simple or practically impossible.
Holty07
Why would you need to call an XML or INI? The form list for Repairing is a much easier way to do it. Just change each weapons repair list to anything you want.
