Where are my map waypoints?

I have tried to search for this topic but I must be using the wrong keywords, because I cant seem to find an answer. I havent done quests in a while but when I tried to do stealing independence I left rivet city and looked at my map and my waypoints showing me where to go are gone. I found a post talking about this line in the falloutpref.ini bShowQuestMarkers but that line is not in my ini file. So I added the this line bShowQuestMarkers=1 to my falloutpref file, I must have put it in the wrong spot becuase they are not there. I can now place markers on the map where I couldnt before. Its my quest markers that are gone. Can any help me get these back. Thanks. Here is the list of mods that I am using.

in addition to these I have a pipboy mod that changes the look of the pipboy.
