Help! How do I make a door go to somewhere

Hello Nexus Community!!!! I am completely new to Fallout 3 Modding so I picked up the G.E.C.K, I understand it quite well but I have a problem and I was wondering if any of you guys could help. I am building a cool place outside Megaton which involves a door going underground to a cool base for you, but I dont want a door which you just open and walk through, I need a door which gives you the black loading screen when you press open (E) AND IT TRANSPORTS you to a new region where the base is. I have looked on other maps in the game and where there are doors that have this loading screen, there is a red marker next to them, how I do get to have this Red Marker and how to I start editing my NEW region.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

the red X marker shouls be in your object window, clcik at the bottom where it says ALL, then type in the window (search) X marker, As for editing and creating check out the Geck Wiki site. that should help ya also the TES wiki site has alot of info for Worldspace building which is basically what your doing. As for the black screen thing I have no clue on that one sorry!
