Twohanded and Block - Partial Revamp & Synergy Mod

Requesting a mod that would allow better synergy between two-handed weapons and block perks as well as changes to the two-handed perks.

 

Block & Weapon Synergy:

 

Basically the Block skill tree that travels to the right up to the disarming bash is synergistic with weapons. I would like it if the left path is also viable for weapons.

 

Arrow Deflection: 100% deflection with a shield, 30% chance to deflect arrows with a twohanded and 15% with a onehanded weapon. (Jedi Style)

Elemental Protection: 50% elemental protection with a shield, 20% elemental protection with a twohanded weapon and 10% elemental protection with a onehanded weapon.

Shield Charge to Heroic Charge: Ragdolls with a shield and staggers(same effect when power attacking enemies, enemies that can't be affected by the original shield charge's ragdoll effect cannot be staggered) with a weapon OR Ragdolls with both. Slight increase in stamina drain while charging.

 

Two-Handed perk changes:

 

Twohand Sword Mastery (deep wounds): Adds critical chance and increases swing speed.

Battleaxe Mastery (limbsplitter): Bleeds non-mechanical on hit and prevents or decrease healing effects OR slows on-hit (due to blood loss).

Warhammer Mastery (skullcrusher): %Armor Penetration and increase stagger chance on-hit (stacks with force w/o effort).

Warmaster: current perk effects with an additional 25% damage boost for twohanded weapons.
