Need a bit of help regarding Enemies

So this issue has occured recently, I want to say within the last month, and it wasn't that big of a deal at first and I got a few laughs out of it, but now it's mildly irritating and I want to fix it

I don't know if this has to do with the mods I've installed (I've deleted some of the recent ones I've downloaded, but no luck in it fixing the issue), or if it's a problem with my game itself and I need to uninstall and reinstall it

But, the issue at hand: Clothing/armor clipping through the enemies models, and some skin parts on the enemies just not being visible, IE: The female Gladiator model's chest being partially invisible, for example, or on the Male Mercenary model, part of the collarbone being invisible

 

Is anyone able to help me out here? Cheers in advance!
