Missing equip animations

Hello.

I relaunched New Vegas after exiting for a moment and all the sudden my equip animations for first and third person are missing. The weapons just magically pop in my character's hands yet all other animations are fine.

Any idea what the issue could be? I even tried uninstalling all of the animation mods I had but the equip and unequip animations are still missing.
