Frag Grenade Problem

I seem to be missing the mesh for frag grenades and need help from someone more knowledgeable that I. Whenever I attempt to throw a frag grenade, I get the large exclamation mark symbol right in front of me, then it explodes at my feet. I see the grenade in my hand before i attempt to throw it, so the exclamation mark only appears after it leaves my hand. This does NOT happen with any other grenade type.

 

I have tried opening the meshes BSA, extracting the grenadefrag.nif file and placing it in my meshes folder but that didn't do anything. Any suggestions?

ok did it work before if yes

 

have you installed a mod if yes

 

the last mod you installed messed something up

 

need a bit more info

 

if its a no to all of these
