Mod request - all npcs aggressive or scared

Hi.

 

I want to play free roam as a Native American.

 

I would really love a mod that makes all armed npc attack you on sight and all unarmed npc scared on sight.

 

Is there something like this out there or any modder willing to make this?

What comes to mind is the Hostile Ped fonction in Rampage

or

Ambient Gang, by tweaking the relationship.meta file you can make basically everyone hostile

 

Idk about the unarmed getting scared

There's also the PEDS sample mod from Lenny's Mod Manager. I hated that thing with a passion. There's also a separate mod in the samples called bears where Grizzlies come outta nowhere to ruin your day. But if you defeat the spawn you get a grizzly pelt! Lots of them if you travel for a while.
