If you want to make a serious modlist you better include one of the following: Ghost Mode / Enhanced Edition / Lore Friendly Tweaks.

A modlist without any gameplay overhaul is a joke modlist. Why? Even if you install all mods in this guide, the gameplay will be still very bad, disregarding any other improvements. You gotta fix the most important thing first.
