Cannot for the life of me figure out my CTDs

Everything had been running chill until I had my first CTD when entering Candlehearth Hall. Then I CTD after exiting Windhelm and have been getting CTD every other load screen since.

 

I've tried numerous variations in load order. I disabled/enabled some (most) of the mods on this list. I thought I had the problem mod pinpointed but turns out that was a coincidence. Anyway, here we go:

Glad I'm not the only person experiencing this. I can't even play for 10 minutes and my game crashes.

Since you have SKSE installed, do you have one of the Crash Logger mods active?

I think that the second one is the one easiest to keep updated for differing versions of the game.

 

It may be as simple as one of the NPCs in Candlehearth Hall being corrupted, or improperly installed from a mod.

 

I know that it is frustrating, as I have several spots near the giant camp south of Windhelm where I routinely crash, and each time something (often different stuff) hasn't loaded properly. Next install, I will tone down the textures and maybe cut several mods.

Your choice of mods is very outdated.

CoT hasn't been updated in about 5 years. There's so many more up to date weather mods.
Wet & Cold, seems very buggy from the bug reports. There's a few mods that do a similar thing, I forget their names.
(Ps I freakin' loved these mods)

However, looking at your mods, I would suggest looking for an up to date guide.
