Got a cousin

Was a butcher

Was using one of those power mincers one day

One moment had two thumbs and eight fingers and

next moment had two thumbs and four fingers

no replacing lost fingers possible!

 

Experienced and learning student electricians working with a high voltage (oil filled) switch in a yard. Oil leaked out, spark wasn't suppressed and 'boom'. Lucky nobody was badly hurt in that one.

 

Was Electrical TA

Ten houses built together

Rooves put on before plumbing properly finished inside all ten

Rooves had to be stripped off.

Lots of angry cursing workers on that site.

Lots of extra cash spent.

 

New at work

Carrying a big ladder

Scratched paint work

Whole room had to be repainted

Got glared at lots by painters.
