Gregster12345 Posted January 13, 2023 Posted January 13, 2023 Whenever i install a mod with just a Mod folder in the zip i drag it into the mod folder in the Witcher 3 and evertyhing works but when there is a mod with both a dlc and mod folder i do the same but put dlc into dlc folder but when i launch the game the free mods like alternative looks and the temerian set ect. dont work and bcs of that i cant load my current save. How can i get both the free mods and the mods with a dlc folder to work simultaniously?
Partoutatix Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 A mod's \modxxx folders go directly into your \Mods folder (so it ends up as TW3\Mods\modxxx). A mod's \dlcxxx folders go directly into your \dlc folder (so it ends up as TW3\dlc\dlcxxx but NEVER TW3\dlc\dlc\dlcxxx). If you can't handle that you should use something like TW3 mod manager. And then you need to run script merger.
