NBA 2K11 (Yeah, old game)

I know this is an older game, but haven't not bought any basketball games for the present level of gaming systems (Well, 360 and ps3; I guess they're not current anymore) and after trying the NBA 2k14 demo I decided to pickup this one because I was able to get a new copy for only $7 on Ebay, and of course it has a lot of Michael Jordan features. Oh, and I got the PC version.

 

So I guess there was some low level modding available, changing courts and jerseys and roster updates. But I can't seem to figure out how to install the roster updates. i spent a couple of hours on google trying to figure out how. I've got a bunch of these .fdr files that are supposed to be roster updates, but when I try to load them in the game they don't show up.

 

So does anyone know what to do with all these .fdr files?
