[SSE] Arachnia's web trap as a castable spell

The Arachnia Spider pet from CC is able to spawn a "web trap," which functions like a rune and wraps the character who triggers it in webs. Many people, myself included, have wanted to do spider-themed playthroughs, and though asking Arachnia to do it is something, if someone could create a mod that allows you to place a "web rune," that would be absolutely incredible.
