Crashing to Desktop please help

Whats the matter? My game crashes every time to desktop when I start it

Tes4Edit 2.3.0 tells me:

But I have no Idea what this means

there is a corrupted file that is not allowing oblivion to load properly, remove any mods that you have recently downloaded.

Hmm got it now, it was because I didn't load the DLC before the Patch

But someone posted me this list:

Wouldnt this mean first the Unoffical Patches than the DLC?

If you are talking of a DLC esm rather than an esp then

it has to be first, after Oblivion. All esm's go at the top followed by esp's.
