Upload of a mod containing music by another artist wihtout providing the original artist’s/right holder’s permission for use and redistribution and without providing the right holder’s sub licence that allows thei uploader to give open permissions for upload of the original artist’s/right holder’s assets/music to other sites, modification, conversion and use of the original artist’s/right holder’s assets/music in the file
