How to change the color of the light emitted from my pipboy?

I'm not talking about the actual colour of the pipboy or the colour it glows when you press [TAB], I'm talking about the light which appears when you hold [TAB] for 2 seconds. I want to change the colour of that light from white to red. Anyway I can do that?
