Simple mod to increase number of monsters?

I enjoy keeping things as simple as possible, so it might not surprise someone that I only run about 10 mods, all doing very basic things.

Anyway, I was wondering how difficult it would be to make a mod that simply increases the amount of enemy spawns in game. I have looked into some other creature mods but they are a bit excessive for my tastes. I don't mind the default monsters that inhabit Oblivion and SI, but it would be nice if there were more of them.

AdrenalineOblivion seems to give you three of everything. There are herds of deer, packs of wolves, prides of mountain lions. If you go to Oblivion, you might face three storm atronachs at once, and three dremoras also. I ended up not liking it. I turned the mod off after a few days, but you might enjoy trying it.

The "Smarter Bandits" mod makes it so the roads are really unsafe. You might get attacked by eight bandits all at once if you reach certain points on the roads.

Thanks a lot for these suggestions. I checked back here and didn't see any replies... maybe I needed to refresh or something but they seem to have just appeared out of nowhere... anyway, I will certainly be checking out adrenaline, and MMM definately looked interesting, but installing it sure looks to be a bit of a headache. Maybe I'm just lazy, or I think I will mess something up, but MMM seems difficult and quite involved. It looks like it's brilliant work, but also seems a bit excessive.

Thanks again for replying.

EDIT: Actually Mr. Brasher, I have come across that mod in the past and your post was the one that made me skeptical about it! I was wondering, since you have tried it out, if the mobs are effected by the difficulty slider, and also if you can confirm that it doesn't ruin saved games if it turns out I don't want to use it. I wanted to mess around with fighting tons of enemies, but I don't want it to be too much for the reasons you pointed out in the thread (it seems like I have to repair my armor a lot as it is...). Also, does it function properly in SI?
