I gotta say, having played somewhat beyond the halfway point - this is almost exclusively a worse experience than the original game. there are so many pointless changes like boss swaps that make zero sense and just take away from the game. new enemy placement also makes for a worse experience for the most part, at times it's just stupidly easier, at other times just straight up frustrating slog to wade through. I don't even really know what the point is supposed to be. the ADP change was nice, the sublime bone dust / estus shard locations are complete bs though. That's kinda it. One new boss so far which didn't do much. Durability still makes many weapons straight up pointless. Idk, but I wish I had just replayed the original game.

All I hear is a whiny *censored* secondhand complaining in place of somebody else. I'm not gonna do anything myself because I never set out to make a mod for this game. And the game was just fine and alive without this mod. I was gonna replay it anyway, saw this had positive feedback and gave it a try. I don't find it all that good. others may have a better time with it. It's just an opinion by one person on something you fragile ten ply. Also, no reason to be grateful - he wanted to do it, he did, that's all there is to it. Nobody asked me. The praise is his, so is the critique, if he doesn't want critique, he can just ignore this and focus on the myriad of happy customers instead.
