random interior crashes

first crash was at the atomic wrangler, i disabled casino crowds, and all NPC face edit mods (NV redesigned and character expansions revised had tested them separately) and that fixed it. continued playing for another hour and now the dino bite gift shop is stopping me from quality time with Cliff Briscoe, maybe i have too many mods, but hey my perfect 150 plugins setup is long lost due to a bluescreen failure on a laptop, i swear i played hundreds of hours wihtout fail on that setup but here we are new day, new way, new save, and new PC. any help is appreciated here is the load order
