Aquariums is placeable ones possible?

I was wondering if a placeable aquarium mod is even possible? I'm not a modder, and have no idea if a mod like that could even be made. My hope is that it is possible to make. I use Blackthorn build your own home. On the first floor there is an extra room that I would love to not make a follower room, but place aquariums in. If making placeable ones isn't possible what about on add-on to the manor? Is it possible there is a turtorial for learning to add stuff to houses I already have. I do have the creation kit. Just have no idea how to mod the game. Though I would not mind learning on my own game.
