Sotha Sil Expanded mark and recall?

I never played Sotha Sil Expanded, so I installed it last night and used the "startscript Sothasilteleport" command to enter the mod without starting the Tribunal quest. First thing I did was try to use the "Mark" spell to get a taste of the mod and come back later. Got the "Can't use teleport error". Is there any way to use mark and recall in Sotha Sil Expanded?
