mod: Investments and dividends

Hi,

I want to make a mod where I can invest money and have income dividends after it. Something like Island share but not limited and with particular cost.

For example: I want to invest 100 million coins let's say to the bank and have 1000 coins income from this investment. It can be not bank it can be some "paper-agreement" like Townhall item or some "investition-paper" like goods doesn't matter.

The main goals are:

1. Ability to make investitions.

2. Have small income from this investitions/

3. Ability to sell back the investitions and have my money back.

 

My question is. Maybe someone will advise me where to dig? I didn't find anything related to Island Shares and can't realise how they actully work in game.

Maybe some one is more familiar with Island shares and can advise me something about how to use them.

Or maybe someone can advise totally different but workable aproach for my goals? Any advises or hints will be very helpfull.

Of course the best aproach will be to invents new bank system in game but I afraid my knowlidge is not allowed me to do it.

So, guys, any advises?
