Inquiry about possible faction alteration

Howdy y'all.

I wanted to be as little of a nuisance as possible so I figured I'd ask the wonderful FO:NV NM community for an answer. So, to the point, I recently downloaded Dragbodies NCR trooper overhaul beta and the bollocks decided to tease me with photos of the armors on NPC's equipped with these awesome WWII weapons (As seen here if you follow the link and look at the OP's images. You'll see them.
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52721/?) and give no reference as to where one might get said weapons, well, after a while I found them, http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50265/?. So, now that the redundant bulls**t is out of the way, the dilemma I face is whether or not it's possible to replace or alter the NCR's vanilla load out with Camon's weapons like OP did. Now as a request, please don't reference this http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39610/? to me, I personally just don't agree with having them run around with AR-15's and the likes and additionally, the weapons, I just don't fancy them. Also, I'll understand if nothing can be done to change (Faction load outs) it the way I'm implying, I just want to know what my option's are.
