[Mod Request] Disable trees as webline anchor points

I hate it when you're swinging in a street with trees and you go to swing and instead of going for a building, it attaches to a tree and kills your momentum. Wondering if this is even possible. I know Central Park would suck with such a mod but f*#@ it, I don't swing through there anyway.
