Object Disappearances in Exterior Cell...

So I'm working in an exterior cell that is part of the WastelandNV worldspace, but off in a barren part of the space. I've noticed that as the amount of objects I place within my immediate vicinity increase, more objects begin to disappear at shorter distances. It's getting progressively worse with the smaller clutter disappearing first (as expected), and then several architectural pieces start to disappear on the fringes of my town. I know that this is the games way of saving power and not rendering everything at once. I'll probably generate the LOD's for the terrain and objects later, but is there any type of LOD for the smaller clutter? Or will it be able to be seen at a farther distance once the other LOD's are loaded? Because right now, posters, drinks, chairs, tables, ect. are disappearing as soon as I'm 20-30 feet away from them. I'm just worried I've hit some kind of object limit for the size of the area I'm working in.
