Chaosmaker Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 Just A stupid poll because we're getting to much of it in New York.
Malchik Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 Fine to look at, crap to walk on especially when it gets impacted. It's snowing in London at the moment. Grrr!!!
Adelbert Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 I love snow. Although we almost never get it in this part of the country, there's been snow for almost two weeks in a row now! Bloody marvelous, ain't it?
draighox Posted February 24, 2005 Posted February 24, 2005 I love snow. And I love rain. And strong wind. Or even storm. In fact, I like all weather as long as sun isn't shining.
Abramul Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 I like snow, and storms. Gentle rain is too boring, though. Of course, what weather I like depends on if I have to be outside at the time!
Mojlnir Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 I love the snow. I grew up in North Dakota so I like deep winter with temps bottomed out at -40F and 4 feet of snow. Yeah! I live in Seattle now. Stupid rain that's not even rain. More like a constant drizzle. Stupid weather.
Peregrine Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 I both love and hate it at the same time. I hate it because it cancels frisbee, and generally makes a mess of things. And it always comes with the cold weather I hate. But I absolutely love it when my paranoid college cancels classes at the first sight of a snowflake. You've got to love getting a 4-5 day weekend from an inch of snow!
Slaiv Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 I concur. I'm on the second day of a 4-day weekend, assuming it doesn't snow Sunday night. And I snowboard. So naturally, I love snow. And the Winter Olympics > Summer Olympics [at least until they add skateboarding.]
ThetaOrionis01 Posted February 25, 2005 Posted February 25, 2005 Snow is all right when viewed from inside.. ideally while sipping a mug of hot chocolate or a glass of mulled wine. Fresh snow is also nice to walk in, if it's not too deep. However, once the snow turns to slush or ice it stops being nice and becomes a nuisance... And of course.... it's always fun to throw snowballs at Dark0ne! *looks around to see if there's any snow left in the garden*
