[LE] Mod request - dinamicaly speed up animations

Ive experimented with using sgtm console command to make enemies attack and move faster. I also use plauer.setav speedmult to make myself normal running speed.

 

This makes for a much more fun way to make combat more challenging and faster paced than just increase damage multipliers.

 

However, this is very limited. The player character is also sped up with sgtm. Also, whenever one opens the map, the game speed returns to normal.

 

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a mod that dinamically uses sgtm and plaer.setav speedmult console commands so they are activated in combat (to make it faster), then deactivates them whenever one is not in combat (and also makes the new speed stick when opening the map.
