Mckowski101
Hi there. I put Phoenix Flavour DE on at the weekend after paying for the Anniversary Update to the SE. Did a fresh install of Skyrim and allowed the automatic update as suggested and all is well with that. The Wabbajack installer did it's bit and launches the Dragons edition no probs. So the issue as with all mods is preference ... and not knowing where to start getting the dragons edition to look like the Phoenix Flavour on the Special Edition, which I personally prefer. What I don't particularly like about the DE. a) The environment is way too bright. I like the earthy tones of the original, though I must admit liking the environment ESO used in his 350+ mod pack which unfortunately was too buggy to stick with in my case, but had beautiful foliage and flowers entering Whiterun.b) The characters I noticed from the guy that helps you after the dragon scene "Helgen" at the beginning is huge with a small head, like something from Asterix and Avlor at Riverwood, his hair is almost orange ??c) Don't like the automatic inventory listing ... I keep picking up items i don't want.d) Cross hair is missing to aid archery, though skyrim settings imply it is on, so I guess a mod is overriding this ? So ... Any ideas how to use the environment from the original as well as the characters ? ... and how to switch off / on the last two items I mentioned ? I know this might be a pain, but appreciate and suggestions you might have. The original Phoenix Flavour still works despite the Anniversary upgrade, but given the Dragons edition extra 50GB download, I expect I am missing out on some cool stuff. Much appreciated in anticipation of some pointers to correct these... Regz Mark I chose the Wabbajack Phoenix Flavour DE since it seems to add contents as well as support for the Creation Content of the Anniversary Edition and after experiencing Save game crashes with ESO#s modpack where the program crashed as I tried to run down the side of the big mountain next to Whiterun, no matter which path I took, was looking for a stable modpack with everyone seems to state TPF is.
