Avatar does not change on main mods site bug

This is my second third attempt to post this bug report, as it refused to upload for no reason the first time.

 

I am very frustrated that I have to retype everything, so please be patient if I sound upset.

 

I've refreshed the main mods site several times, but it still does not reflect the change in my profile picture, even though the forums site does. The correct one looks like this:

 

But my profile on the main mods site still looks like this:

 

 

The steps I took to replace my profile picture are:
Start from the home page.

 

 

Click my profile icon in the top-right corner

 

 

Click "Site Preferences"

 

 

Click "Change Your Avatar"

 

 

And I am taken to the forums page, which gives me the option to change my avatar. However, it already reflects the correct image in the forums page.
