[SSE] Adding hovered item/spell effects on the favorite menu

So, I was thinking it would be amazing if the favorite menu would give description on the hovered item as you browse it, like a hud card showing the item description as when you do it in the inventory or spellbook.

• Hovering a spell shows the spell effects/descriptions.
• Hovering an equipment shows the equipment stats and enchantment effects
• Hovering a potion shows the potion effects

etc.
