Vortex blocked by Windows Defender since update

UPDATE: I downloaded a fresh copy of Vortex. Everything seems to be fine now. So, I'm guessing the update that I received was corrupted somehow.

Since the Vortex update yesterday, I'm getting this error. Foreign software/anti virus is blocking it. I use Windows Defender. Vortex is no longer listed in the apps allowed through the firewall. And I can't figure out how to add Vortex to the allowed list since Windows doesn't even recognize that it exists in its apps list.

I have been using Vortex for years, and it is routinely updated w/o problems. I checked and Vortex and what appears to be all of it folders and files are in the same directory they have always been. All of the files say they were modified on 6-Feb. This may be a fluke and I will download a fresh copy of Vortex in case I just got a corrupted update.

 

I thought I would post this in case other users have experienced the same problem.
