[mod request] less shiny hair textures

The game is great graphically, but the hair textures just seem to bother me a bit with how shiny it is, especially on lower graphics, it almost looks plastic. Thought the modding community could help with this problem. The current fix to this problem is to literally pick a light hair color, anything dark just looks plastic.
