Though I'm not sure how we're going to get a custom werewolf model into the game, but in the books a werewolf doesn't look that much different from an ordinary wolf just way bigger. The change would have to happen in a way where it wouldn't break quests though, maybe the change should only occur if and when the mount mechanic becomes available and only at night.
