your wabbajack installation of Project Skyrim Sucks! I have continually had to re-download Cosmetic Vampire Overhaul HD SE-2-2.7z. and then I can only get through 10 to 12 downloads before it crashes and will not let me continue. fix your stuff man. i have not had this much trouble with any other modpack at all.
