Seeking help on a pirate copy of Final Fantasy VII Remake

If I pirated the game from FitGirl, where should I put the Engine.ini?

I tried in C:\Final Fantasy VII - Remake Intergrade [FitGirl Repack]\Final Fantasy VII - Remake Intergrade\Engine\Config

and I added the WindowsNoEditor folder and I put it there.

Is that correct? I can't open the console even after adding the Input.ini

I'm new to this kinds of things.
