[MOD Request] Remove fly blur effect

We need to remove that blur effect when flying a broom. Anybody know how to do it?

This. I'm especially annoyed by the white "speed lines", it makes visibility bad in addittion to blurring.

So a mod that removes these effects while flying would be much appreciated.
