[Mod Request] Swift Dodge

Could somebody develop a mod that makes it so that you can use the "Swift" dodge anywhere (including Hogwarts and airborne, jumping, falling, etc.)? Additionally, I'd gratefully appreciate a mod that allows you to use the swift dodge to vanish for as long as you engage the dodge button. Essentially, it would allow you to indefinitely Sonic the Hedgehog spin for as long as you'd like instead of having to stop and re-engage. Perhaps a good edition to this mod idea would be to allow you to swift dodge over water as well.

 

If you wanted to balance it, maybe a resource consumption meter similar to the broomstick would be a good idea.
