[Mod Request] Always Raining (or equivalent appropriate weather effect)

As the title says, I'd like to see a mod that makes it always overcast and rainy across the map. Admittedly I'm not very far in, and I haven't seen most of the map. But I assume there will be snowy/volcanic areas based on the "Open World" nature of it. In such areas I would have it snow or "rain" volcanic ash if possible.

Or just make it rain everywhere idc. I love the rain man.
