[Mod Request] House common rooms accessible to all - possibly change house at any time?

It'd be cool to be able to explore all of the other common rooms without having to make a new character for each.

It would also be interesting if this was implemented by giving the player robes for each house, so that they can "pose" as a different house while wearing those robes.
