[MOD REQUEST] Remove the Epilepsy warning

I don't have Epilepsy and nobody in my family does. Having to sit for 2-3 minutes looking at a pointless warning screen is infuriating.

 

I BEG the mod gods to come up with a mod to just skip this awful screen.
