How much do you want to throttle down the various graphics features to achieve your desired "performance"? It's always a trade-off between performance vs. graphics "quality". Unless some radically new and different technology comes along as an alternative to microelectronics, you can not get all the high quality, low power, and high performance simultaneously. EclipseScythe Posted February 21, 2023 Author Share Posted February 21, 2023 (edited) Im aware that its a trade off of higher end overhauls killing performance and that its not possible to have high end mods and great performance. What I am looking for are city overhauls that give an overall refreshing look to the cities without adding a bunch of stuff such as how JK adds a lot of clutter to his cities that typically hits performance.
