Mode request - dodge and run one one button

Hi guys!
I can`t find such mode but I want it so much.

I want to use one button (L_Shift) for run and for dodge at the same time.

Like in Sekiro, when i press button, Geralt make dodge, and if I don`t release button for sec, Geralt starts running.

Please, help me to find or make this mode for me.

I have some physical disabilities and this mode will make playing Witcher MUCH more comfortable for me.
