Companion bugs

Hey guys my game got bugged somewhere on the way, I really got no clue where actually. I'm using FWE, I've been using dogmeat companion for quite some time, but he was more like an offspring for me, not really helpful, I downloaded dreaded dogmeat mod to make him slighty more complex and maybe little bit better but I didn't notice much of his strength increase. Somewhere along the way I lost him and didn't really care for that but he totally vanished, he wasn't respawning next to me when I entered caves, vaults so I went back to his respawn locations near vault 101 but he was hostile... I messed around agression command to make him peaceful and recruited him again. It was fine for so long that i recruited paladin cross, he again vanished, then in Murder Pass Paladin Cross turned invisible, when I entered vault 87 to get G.E.C.K dogmeat appeared out of nowhere and got me some unique item (part of dread dogmeat mod). I decided to send invisible cross away. After I finished vault 87 got kidnapped by Enclave and got out of Raven Rock I noticed dogmeat disappeared yet again so I tried to recruit Fawkes and he said he can't join me cause my companion wouldn't accept him O_o I checked FWE settings, set it so I can have unlimitted companions and disabled KARMA checks, it remained the same. So i used moveto player command for Cross and Dogmeat, tried recruiting Cross again, she said the same thing as Fawkes, I could only tell dogmeat to follow me but I dont really want him since he just vanishes randomly. Any ideas how to fix this mess?

I can't help you with that problem, but thought it might help to say that I also have had problems with companions vanishing, and also have FWE installed, so it might be an issue to do with FWE rather than any particular companion mods. My two companions are eye-bots.
