Too many things would be needed to put in original place and whatsoever. It would be the same problem as to import/export your character to a new game (although the idea is really great). I cannot see the means to make it the way you implied but it may be an appropriate idea for a quest mod to TES historic events Example: When Ysgramor and 500 companions retaliated against the falmer.
