I've got a problem with custom hat + glasses

I've recently got back into messing with GECK and decided to add some stats onto one of my character's enclave clothing. The suit/coat part is fine, but the hat and glasses lay on the neck tilted. Any help or suggestions on how to fix this problem is appreciated.
