being able to toggle helm graphics

hey there.

 

whats the point having a great race mod/facebeauty pack/sweet hairs and so on, when its just covered by a helm anyway?

 

ive been searching and searching for a mod that makes u able to toggle the veiw of ur helmet on/off while still wearing it like u can do in nearly every other game in the gamesettings.

i havent been able to find it in the vanilla settings and nobody else seem to be working on something like this.. ive only been able to find one mod that does something like this http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3416 but its not quite what im looking for since it actully just makes the helm like a ring and doesnt work for other items than unchanged vanilla helms.

and when playing with ooo as just 1 of my mods there aint really many completly unchanged vanilla items left in game

 

so is it possible and relatively easy to make a global helm toggle mod without making helms being a ring or something else?
